Privacy policy

This policy describes the account features at portfolio.nameasone.cc, operated by NameAsOne. The portfolio builder and publishing service are still in development.

Information we use

When you register, we collect your name and email address. Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name, email address, verification status, and profile image where available. We use this information to create and identify your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.

For email registration, Neon Auth handles your password and stores its protected representation. Authentication records can include session identifiers, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information used to maintain sessions and help prevent misuse.

How information is processed

We use account information to sign you in, verify your email, recover access, and respond to support requests. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Google handles Google sign-in, Neon provides authentication and database services, and Vercel hosts the application. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. Our Neon project is hosted in Singapore; service providers may also process data in other countries.

We do not sell your Google account information or use it for advertising. We do not ask for payment information during account registration.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while needed to operate your account, provide support, and address security or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing janmikoguevarra@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Backup copies may remain until replaced under our providers’ retention processes.

You can sign out to end your browser session, and revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your NameAsOne account.
